The Pampa Country Club has recently renovated our swimming pools and we now have two new heated pools and baby pool, a large patio and beautiful views of our golf course. The pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 1pm to 6pm. Thursday night is Family Night and the pools stay open until 9pm. We have fully certified lifeguards on duty during pool hours and our snack bar / gazebo has a selection of drinks and snacks. You can also order from the dining room lunch menu for delivery to the Gazebo during pool hours.
Our pools are also available to members for Birthday Parties, Cocktail Parties and other activities.

SWIMMING POOL PRIVATE PARTIES
The Pampa Country Club Pool is available to members for private parties either during pool hours or after hours.

SWIMMING POOL RULES

The pool will open at 1:00 p.m. weekdays and close at 6:00 p.m. (unless there are enough swimmers to justify staying open until 7:00) Mondays the pool will be closed for cleaning, etc. Sunday open at 1:00 p.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. Family night will be each Thursday night until 9:00 p.m.

All swimmers must register in the pool gazebo upon entering the pool area.

The wading pool will be restricted to children eight years of age and under.

Children 11 years of age and under must be accompanied either by one of their parents or a chaperone, who is at least 14 years of age.

The pool is restricted to members in good standing, their children who have not reached the age of 21, sons and daughters of members over 21 who are attending school or are members of the armed services and guests, when such guests are accompanied by a member. Use of the pool is available to members for swimming parties. All parties must be scheduled with the Club Manager. Members having a party may not use the pool exclusively as it is available to any member any time it is open. A fee will be charged based on the number of swimmers that are present. In the event the pool is used for a private party after closing hours, the member will make arrangements for and pay the life guard for the additional time.

All swimmers must wear regulation bathing suits. Full length or cut off jeans are prohibited.

No swimming unless a life guard is present and on duty.

Excessive running and playing around the pool is strictly prohibited. This is absolutely necessary for the protection of lives and property. Conduct of swimmers is subject to control of the life guard at all times. The life guard holds full authority to enforce rules.

Bottles or glassware of any kind are not allowed on the flagstones or concrete near the pool.

The pool telephone is limited for calls to parents and/or children concerning rides. Social visiting on the phone will not be permitted.

Food tickets signed by children must include their father’s name and number. Your cooperation in this matter will be very helpful to the bookkeeping department.

No food or drinks may be brought in, except for cake or cupcakes for a party.

A fine of $10.00 and/or temporary suspension will be imposed for the second violation of any of these rules. Length of suspension to be determined by the Board of Directors. Any employee of the Club must report all violations. On first violation, the member will be notified and on the second violation the penalties provided will impose.

Swim diapers must be worn by children who are not potty-trained. There will be a $100 fine for each fecal accident that occurs. This is fine will be for the chemicals that are required to sterilize the pool.

Proper swimming attire will be worn at the pool. Swimming attire is not permitted in any other areas of the Clubhouse, except the dressing room areas. No coverups allowed in clubhouse.
